Ceremony and Reception at a different location?

We have no problem accommodating different locations for the ceremony and reception, and will be more than happy to move if you need us to. If the locations are in the same building, or complex, there will be no charge, just let us know, and we can accommodate. If the locations require driving from one location to the other, there will be a one time fee of $40 to accommodate the packing and unpacking of our instruments, along with any other materials that are needed.

Distance and Proximity Pricing

Our ensemble is based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan, and often times events do not take place within our designated driving radius. Members who have an event within 20 miles of Downtown Grand Rapids are not charged any additional fees for transportation. Events outside that radius will be charged a separate fee, above and beyond any package pricing, according to the calculations below. If you are looking to figure out where your event falls, we use "Grand Rapids, MI" as the "FROM" in any direction search engine online, or feel free to contact us, and we would be happy to provide a quote for you.

Our group is very versatile, and often performs in smaller settings, and with fewer members. Below is a snapshot of our pricing for all of our smaller ensemble combinations. Pricing is by the hour, and additional time can be requested at a reduced rate. Music availability may be limited, but we will work with your needs to assist you in any way we can.

Music requests and quotes

Our music repertoire is always being updated, and your requests help us expand our song list. Music that is special ordered does incur a separate charge, depending on if it is in print or not.
